Pet Policy
Our Pet Policy
We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment. To provide our residents with the most pet-friendly and pet-responsible experience, all pets and animals on our property must be documented and registered with PetScreening.com, by creating and completing a Pet Profile, at the time of the Application. A Pet Profile requires pet specific information such as breed, pictures, weight, vaccination records, behaviors, and more. Maximum 2 pets per home. $25/month Pet Rent, per pet. $500.00 non-refundable Pet Fee, per pet. No weight restrictions, but breed and other restrictions apply.
We love pets and welcome them as part of our community! However, aggressive dog breeds, exotic pets and other restrictions apply:
- Aggressive dog breeds include, but are not limited to the following: Akita, American Bully, American Stafford Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff, and wolf.
- Any dogs with a bite history, or mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds, are also prohibited.
- Either a bird cage or a fish tank, not to exceed 20-gallons, will be allowed in each apartment.
- Exotic pets, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, and arachnids are strictly prohibited.
